About This Project

CHC completed the demolition and installation of the seven-story building’s new mechanical system, which included the removal of water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, boilers and pumps, all associated with the hydronic system. CHC installed new chillers, cooling towers and boilers, and two air handling units were installed at each floor to feed the variable air volume and fan coil units.

Additionally, CHC removed and replaced 190 variable air volume units and fan coil units. All of this work was completed in two phases while the owner was able to maintain operations during the entire process.
