About This Project

CHC has performed numerous projects for Stonepeak Ceramics over the years.

• Installing high-intensity infrared tube heaters for spot heating throughout the facility. Additionally, CHC installed all associated natural gas piping and flue piping.
• Providing temperature and humidity control for various ceramic tile printer rooms. These printer rooms are required to be 70 degrees Fahrenheit in space temperature with a positive pressure of airflow in regards to the adjacent space to achieve required dust control from the tile assembly lines. This is achieved by using 6-ton variable refrigerant flow split systems with inverter compressors using high MERV rating filters.
• Extending the existing compressed air piping to numerous added pieces of manufacturing equipment.
