About This Project

The Upper Cumberland Regional Health building located in Cookeville, TN, was designed and rated as a LEED Platinum facility with just over 50,000 square feet of total space. The building houses a regional training center and health clinic.

CHC provided and installed both the plumbing and HVAC systems. Plumbing was installed with current economic and energy-focused environmental concerns in mind. The use of hands-free operation and low water fixture consumption were just part of what made this building a LEED Platinum certified facility.

CHC provided and installed 56 water-source heat pumps for maximum zone control, 100% outside air units to meet building requirements and energy recovery ventilators to provide maximum building efficiency on operation.
