About This Project

CHC provided a design-build solution for Vanity Fair’s new testing lab expansion. Our design includes testing rooms conditioned for a temperature of 70 degrees with a 2 degree swing and a relative humidity of 65% with a swing of plus or minus 2%. This was achieved by a roof-mounted Aoan unit with hot gas reheat for dehumidification and an indoor mounted steam humidifier.

Additionally, new gas piping, steam piping, and drain piping were provided, along with ventilation for multiple commercial laundry dryers and washers.
