CHC Mechanical Contractors was selected to provide the HVAC mechanical system for a new medical office building in Mt. Juliet, Tenn.

CHC provided two nominal 50-ton direct-expansion rooftop systems along with numerous variable air volume dampers within the space. Building warm up is provided by gas heat, with the final space tempering using electric reheat located within the VAV boxes.
