CHC Mechanical was instrumental in designing, building, installing and maintaining the heating and cooling system.

Working with the mechanical designer, CHC Mechanical altered the piping layout to rack it on the wall as opposed to being suspended.

CHC Mechanical was selected to install a state-of-the-art nominal 65-ton variable refrigerant system in the 28,000-square-foot structure.

Each of these multistory buildings required a complete renovation of the mechanical systems.
